Our recruiting process is aimed at identifying talented people with all the requirements to successfully grow in the Company and with the Company and follow a cross-functional and international career path.
For junior people, such as students and new graduates, we provide a three-step recruitment process:
- - Assessments with exercises and simulations aimed at observing organisational, relational and problem solving skills;
- - Individual interviews with Human Resources department;
- - Individual interviews with Line Managers.
For senior people, i.e. with at least a two-year job experience, we set a sequence of individual interviews with both HR and Line Managers. Furthermore, according to the position, this process can include some additional tests.
