Internships are an important tool for young people without a job experience to learn by doing and enter the Company: actually, it consists in realising a practical project. It is a unique opportunity for them to live a valuable job experience and for the Group to meet talented people. In other words, an important opportunity for both to meet and know each other.
The Internship, that usually lasts 6 months, can be carried out in all departments and is addressed to students, new graduates and young people with a Master degree.
During the internship, the stagiaire is supported by a Tutor who helps him/her carrying out the assigned job and feeling comfortable with the Company environment. The Tutor and HR give a constant feedback to the stagiaire, through formal and informal appraisal meetings.
Brilliant, gritty, determined, proactive people with entrepreneurial and innovative spirit are the protagonists of this project which let them grow while giving their contribution to the business.
